At Multi Photo Frames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new frame isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the photo frames in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
